PoSH Awareness Session Conducted At Neural IT For 2019

Neural IT has a strict code of conduct when it comes to women's safety. Every year we organise awareness session on Prevention Of Sexual Harassment (POSH). On Friday, 9th August 2019, Adv. Smita Sansare, a representative from Hirkani Mahila Utkarsha Sanstha, conducted a session to brief the employees on how to protect women from sexual harassment at their place of work.

Hirkani Mahila Utkarsha Sanstha is headed by Ms. Vidya Bhande, a member of our Internal Complaints Committee (ICC). This eight-year-old NGO, located in Thane, has more than 60,000 members within Maharashtra.
